Kiso Handicraft Market 2026
Further in the mountains of Nagano Prefecture. Every summer, the largest crafts fair in the Kiso area, "Kiso no Tegami Ichiba (Kiso Handicraft Fair)," is held in the inn town of "Kiso Fukushima" on the old Nakasendo Road, where many craft artists gather from all over Japan. The characteristic feature of the fair is that the entire town becomes the venue. Please enjoy this unusual style of craft fair while sightseeing in Shukuba. In 2026, the 19th "Kiso Handicraft Fair" will be held on September 12-13 (Sat.-Sun.).
