Koneri: Workshop for Everyday Life

Located in a traditional farmhouse in Nakagawa Village, Minami-Shinshu, we serve bread made with our own sourdough starter and fresh dorayaki. In the summer, we also offer our signature shaved ice. Using ancient wheat varieties we grow ourselves and seasonal fruits, we bring the bounty of the region into everyday flavors. We hope to create moments that connect people through food.
