Lemonade from Shinshu: Nagare-mo

We offer our original additive-free lemonade made with Shinshu-grown and domestically grown lemons (pesticide-free and wax-free) and Shinshu-grown honey. Although we operate exclusively from a food truck, we launched our business in June 2023 with the goal of sharing the appeal of Shinshu-grown lemons and Shinshu honey with as many people as possible, both within and outside the prefecture. Since the flavor of our lemonade varies depending on the origin and harvest season of the lemons and honey, we invite you to enjoy a slightly different taste every time.
